The incidence, time, and severity of different targeted drug-induced ILD vary. Almonertinib/HS-10296 is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). Post-marketing safety and effectiveness of almonertinib have been confirmed. The reported adverse events of almonertinib were mainly an increase in creatine phosphokinase, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransferase, and onset of rash.
