The instruments used in the study were
questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed for 126 students in 7 classes out of the 426 students chosen at random in class. The results showed that learners encountered various kinds of difficulties with listening problems, which were divided into three categories: factors related to the listeners, factors related to the speakers, and factors related to the materials. From the findings of the research, some solutions were found for students to overcome those problems to be better at learning shortly. |
